Description of position:
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with DQE and customers about the performance and background of product failure. If necessary, travel to the customer factory.
2. Formulate validation plan.
3. Carry out validation test according to the validation plan to find out the main causes, important causes and root causes of failure.
4. Edit 8D report and formulate temporary measures and improvement measures.
5. Promote the implementation of improvement measures and check the problem solving. If necessary, perform steps 2 to 5 again.
6. Assist the laboratory in contract review, performance of tests, training of testers, improvement of testing ability, etc.
7. Assist the laboratory to formulate equipment operation instructions, inspection method operation instructions, etc.
Skill requirements:
1. Be familiar with systematic methods to solve problems. Such as 8D, A3, PDCA, DAMIC, etc.
2. Understand the test design, such as DOE.
3. Be familiar with electronic and electrical products.
4. Be familiar with common quality tools.
