Description of position:
Responsibilities:
1. New product R&D quality assurance
1.1/Understand the requirements of customer quality standards and confirm whether the internal capabilities can be met;
1.2/Formulate quality objectives for each stage of project development;
1.3/Participate in the design review of new projects, review and verification of historical problems (past failure analysis, quality anomaly analysis, customer complaint analysis and other data, use FMEA tools for risk avoidance), and quality risk review and avoidance;
1.4/Be responsible for the output of quality documents of new product APQP at each stage;
1.5/Develop DVP, follow up test plan and review test results, and submit test reports;
1.6/Planning of measuring tools for new projects, first article checklist, process inspection checklist, production of work instructions for outgoing inspection, and trial production review;
1.7/Organize the improvement of quality problems at each stage of the project, review of countermeasures, and establishment and update of the past bad database (Open issue list);
1.8/Organize the submission, review and submission of internal PPAP documents to customers
1.9/Planning, implementation and follow-up of initial flow management and handling of quality problems;
1.10/Supervise the compliance of each stage of the project according to the APQP process;
2. Product quality assurance certificate
2.1/Lead the solution of mass production quality problems and special quality improvement;
2.2/Annual product audit and process audit;
3. Customer review
3.1 Deal with customer quality audit, coordinate internal development measures for audit problems, follow up implementation and effectiveness, and reply to customers;
3.2 Summarize and update the system analysis of customer audit problems;
4. Handling of customer complaints
Docking with customers, leading the handling of customer complaints and customer returns;
5. Review of customer quality assurance agreement
Review and signing of customer quality assurance agreement;
6. Customer DV quotation
7. Preparation of weekly meeting materials
