Description of position:
Responsibilities:
1. Have a good command of IATF16949 system process and carry out project development in strict accordance with APQP process
2. Prepare project feasibility assessment report and project initiation report
3. Make project development plan according to customer milestone
3. Establish a project development team and allocate resources
4. Formulate the project development budget and regularly review the project cost
5. Regularly organize CFT meetings to review project problems
6. Follow up the development progress of materials, molds and tooling machines
7. Submit samples at each stage as required by customers
8. Lead the trial and further solve the problems
9. Follow up the submission of PPAP report and the customer's signing back to PSW
10. Follow up changes and system updates in the project
11. Confirm materials and capacity according to customer forecast
12. Make overall plan for review in C1~C5 stages to ensure that the project is managed as planned
13. Manage project progress, cost and risk
Skill requirements:
1. Be familiar with the development process of new projects in the automotive industry
2. Be familiar with electronic components, structural parts, packaging materials, etc., and be familiar with the production process of electronic products
3. Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
4. Excellent communication ability and strong pressure resistance
5. Proficient in using Project software
