Its main customers are Chrysler, Toyota, SAIC MAXUS, etc. Through the continuous construction of industrial Internet, the yield of EHPS products has increased from 90% to 99%, the number of operators has decreased from 50 to the current 5, the efficiency has increased from 800 sets per day to 2000 sets, and the operating income has also been greatly improved.

This industrial Internet project adopts domestic solutions, including automation upgrading and industrial Internet enabling. It has broken through multiple difficulties such as concept running in, function running in, performance running in and secondary development. In terms of hardware, modularization, intellectualization, "machine replacement", industrial visual inspection, precision drive, advanced algorithm, and fool proof and error proof are realized; in terms of software, standardized production data, ERP/WMS/MES interworking, cloud data collection and analysis, intelligent interconnection, remote debugging are realized. It has realized the transition of product competitiveness and promoted the overall strength of the enterprise.
